Overview
The completed work consisted of multiple mechanical, civil, and automation upgrades to improve system reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. The scope included demolition and replacement of key process equipment, installation of new fuel gas and condensate handling components, fabrication and hydrotesting of piping assemblies, and integration of valve automation systems with standalone power solutions.
Additional work involved electrical and conduit installations, structural modifications, grading and concrete improvements, and support for instrumentation and analyzer equipment. The project enhanced system control, modernized aging infrastructure, and improved overall site functionality.
Project Highlights
+ Demolition and replacement of existing pig trap and associated piping, including fabrication, hydrotesting, and installation of new assemblies
+ Installation of new condensate storage tanks and associated drain piping
+ Relocation of generator equipment (as applicable)
+ Fabrication and hydrotesting of above-ground valve bypass assemblies
+ Installation of valve automation systems, including control panels, solar panels, and battery backup systems
+ Replacement of heater exhaust stack and fuel gas tubing
+ Installation of new fuel gas piping, conduit, wiring, and concrete pads for heater support
+ Installation of fuel gas vent extension with structural steel supports
+ Site civil work including grading, dirt work, and equipment pad preparation
+ Installation and connection of analyzer equipment, including piping, conduit, and power integration
