We conduct detailed Pre-Task Plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for every scope, reinforced by daily tailgate meetings to align crews on hazards, controls, and execution. Every team member has stop-work authority. If something does not look right, the work pauses. No exceptions.

Safety performance is reinforced through field verification. Our Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program, supervisory safety walks, near-miss reporting, and corrective-action tracking ensure we identify risks early and close the loop. Fleet safety is equally disciplined, with driver qualification reviews, defensive-driving refreshers, and fatigue management protocols aligned to customer requirements. Our procedures and permitting processes are structured to meet or exceed OSHA and industry benchmarks and to align seamlessly with client standards.
